this cup is the perfect size for my matcha lattes and i love that it’s insulated so it keeps my drink nice and cold for longer and the ice doesn’t melt as fast. its also super cute and functional. you can choose to sip with the straw or the build in sipping feature. it’s leak proof and the perfect aesthetic. 10/10 recommend! ⭐️🍵✨

I absolutely love this double walled glass cup! The measurement markings make it so easy to prepare my matcha. One of my favorite things about it is how beautifully it shows off the vibrant green color of the matcha.
To be honest, I did have an issue with my first cup. It shattered when I added ice, which was quite a shock and honestly a little traumatic for me! However, the Crafti customer service team was excellent. They promptly sent a replacement and shared a helpful tip: add a small amount of liquid before the ice to prevent sudden temperature changes.
Since then, I've been a bit more careful when using it, but I still reach for it all the time because I love it so much. It's functional, beautiful, and makes my daily matcha ritual even more enjoyable. Thank you for the great product and outstanding customer service!

I enjoy using the glass tumbler for my teas and matcha iced or hot. It does keep the desired temperature longer than a regular glass cup since it’s double walled.
My glass came with several bumps on the glass. At first, I thought it was something that could be washed off, but it’s actually bumps from the glass itself. It may be from lower quality glass(?), I’m not sure what it is, but the glass isn’t smooth and scratchy where the bumps are.
I think the cap or lid could be improved. When sipping, the liquid doesn’t flow well unless the straw top is opened. The top of the sip portion does not remain open, it will fall onto your nose. So whatever liquid you’re drinking may end up on your face, it’s a bit inconvenient when I have makeup on and need to clean it off.
Overall, it’s a good product and I have recommended it to my friends.

This glass tumbler is just the right size. The oz/ml markings on the side is a great guide to get that perfect matcha every time. Best thing is the double wall keeps drinks colder longer without that condensation on the glass. Got this with the subscription, will order another separately to make a pair.
Since getting the Golden Hour Ritual Kit, I've been making myself matcha and hojicha regularly. The set arrived fast and it is very easy to whisk the matcha powder to a nice cup of matcha with foam on top. Highly recommended.

It’s a great design - the spout is useful for pouring and the two indentations make it easy to hold without slipping. I also use it for rough estimate of the amount of water to use.
It literally takes less than 5min to make a freshly brew matcha latte (takes a while as I heat up the milk too) I like the taste and simplicity of it.
