Singapore
  • Free Shipping (2-4 working days): 
    Free on orders S$20 and above. Tracked delivery.

  • Express Shipping (0-1 working days):
    Fees apply based on distance from warehouse in Pandan Loop.
    • Third-party courier services (Lalamove / Grab / Pandago).
    • Select Google-provided address at checkout to view rates.
    • Not available on weekends / public holidays.

  • Standard Shipping (2-4 working days): 
    S$2.99 on orders S$10-S$20. Tracked delivery.
  • Small Item Shipping (2-4 working days):

If a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, we will not be responsible for any delays, or additional fees that may be incurred, in order to reroute or reship the package.

Duties & Taxes 

You, the customer, shall be responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence, and acknowledge and accept that it is your financial responsibility to do so. We shall not be responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not our responsibility to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. We also expressly decline liability for payments owed for customs, taxes, duties, and any other entry, or similar, "customs fees" charges assessed by the country of destination, or associated carrier-charges, including but not limited to brokerage.

International orders may be shipped as Delivery-Duties-Unpaid (DDU), and in any case it is the responsibility of the addressed-recipient to accept and pay any charges, including but not limited to customs fees, which are assessed; it is otherwise agreed that the addressed-recipient will abandon the package.

If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for original shipping.
