Digestive discomfort is a prevalent issue that affects the quality of life for many individuals. This study was designed to investigate the effects of Gentle Go, a digestive green tea, on alleviating indigestion, promoting gastrointestinal comfort, and reducing post-meal bloat.
A total of 34 participants were involved in the study, and the results demonstrated promising outcomes.
Relief from indigestion
In this study, 94% of participants reported experiencing significant relief from indigestion after consuming Gentle Go, as assessed using a 5-point scale ranging from "no relief" to "complete relief." Participants were asked to rate their level of relief after 24 hours of product consumption.
Gentle side effects
82% of participants reported non-explosive and non-violent effects when consuming Gentle Go, indicating that the product provides gentle and well-tolerated relief without causing unpleasant side effects. The criteria for "non-explosive" and "non-violent" were determined through qualitative interviews and participant feedback, focusing on the absence of sudden and uncomfortable bowel movements.
Reduction in post-meal bloat
Additionally, 79% of participants observed a reduction in post-meal bloat just 12 hours after consuming Gentle Go, as determined through a visual appearance test. Participants were asked to provide visual assessments of their abdominal bloating before and after product consumption on a scale ranging from 1 to 10, with 1 indicating minimal bloating and 10 indicating severe bloating. Reduction in post-meal bloat was defined as a decrease of two or more points on this visual appearance assessment.
Conclusion
These assessments provide a preliminary understanding of the efficacy of Gentle Go in addressing indigestion and constipation, promoting comfortable and non-disturbing digestive effects, and reducing post-meal bloat. Gentle Go's effectiveness among participants suggest promise as a natural and gentle alternative for digestive well-being.
