Note: Unlike most top ceremonial-grade Matcha, Ceremonial Reserve is 100% organic. Top-grade Ceremonial Matcha is typically not grown organically, due to the difficulty of organic Matcha farming. Ceremonial Reserve is specially cultivated to maintain quality and still bear organic certification. Cultivated in Nishio, a region known for a modern approach to Matcha production.

Whats the difference between Ceremonial Reserve and Ceremonial Uji Matcha? Ceremonial Uji Matcha is a daily ceremonial-grade Matcha, selected for a balance between taste and affordability, and may retain slightly bitter notes when mixed with too little water. Ceremonial Reserve is a luxury Matcha - it prioritises great taste and is meant for special occasions, or as a treat. 

Suitable for Matcha enthusiasts, or those wanting a deeper appreciation of Matcha.

Preparing it as a 'thin tea' (usucha) is recommended. Add 1g of Ceremonial Reserve Matcha to 65-75ml of water, and whisk.
