Looking for a quick and simple breakfast fix that isn’t too sweet or savoury?
This one-bowl Matcha Muffin recipe might just be your cup of tea.
Use ingredients at room temperature
Using cold ingredients could cause the batter to become lumpy and sticky. To get the light and fluffy muffins you want, cool ingredients to room temperature.
Avoid over-mixing
Over-mixing your batter can cause big holes to form inside your Matcha Muffins. Instead, fold in the ingredients till they have just about combined together.
Scoop Muffin Mixture into trays
To prevent mess, try using an ice cream scoop to transfer batter into the muffin cups.
Alternatively, you can use 2 teaspoons to shape the batter into a ball.
Crumbles are a delicious option to spice up your Matcha Muffins and consist of only
3 ingredients - butter, flour and sugar.
It’s rich and buttery taste balances out the umami flavour of Matcha.

We made this mixing Barista Uji Matcha and Patissier Uji Matcha. Try it out!
Recipe adapted from Tokyo Kitchen.
I wanted to get a matcha set to satisfy my growing kids’ craze in matcha latte. Having spent so much $$ in cafes, we decided to make our own and got our Ritual set which comes with everything u need and know to making a perfect matcha latte. After a few tries, we got adventurous with variations, such as strawberry matcha latte and even brown sugar matcha latte. Wonderful beverage!
I love the Golden Hour Ritual Kit, especially the beautiful yellow bowl. 🍵💛 However, on my first time using it, I didn’t know the bowl wasn’t suitable for the Crafti Super Frother. I used it to stir my matcha, and unfortunately the yellow coating became patchy and started to come off after just one use. 🥲
I really wish this had been clearly mentioned in the instructions or on the website. Otherwise, I really love the kit, and the overall concept! Smooth and mellow Matcha and Hojicha :)
Received the matcha and the starter kit 2 days after the order placed. The delivery was fast.
Made the first glass of iced matcha and it was tasted great!
Will try on other recipes with this matcha powder.
Premium quality at an affordable price! 🍵 The matcha has a beautiful vibrant colour, a smooth and rich taste, and most importantly, it’s not bitter. Really impressed with the quality for the price. Definitely a great value and will repurchase!
The ceremonial grade matcha tastes great, has a great colour and it's not bitter. The golden hour ritual kit makes making matcha latte lots of fun.
Salam Alaykom :)
I really like the kit ! I like the tumbler and the frother, they both work really well !
I used Oatly and Califia Oatmilk Barista blends and they both frothed nicely with the milk frother, just make sure the milk is warm enough.
The matcha is a great quality/quantity ratio ! I like the signature more as a usucha and its latte is amazing ! For usucha I use 2g matcha for 50 to 70gr water. Usually for lattes I use their barista organic blend which I was offered for free with an amazon order from Crafti !
I really like that the matcha is certified Halal by the Japanese Muslim community, even if matcha is naturally Halal as long as it doesn’t touch alcohol or pork.
I like that for Signature the cultivars include the high quality Saemidori and Uji Hikari ! And I am really excited to try your Single Origin Saemidori and hopefully if you bring Uji Hikari sometime ! As you can see I did acheive microfoam with Crafti Signature
Thank you Elias for making sure this matcha is of high quality and affordable as well ! 🙏❤️
got this as part of my subscription and I couldn’t be happier. The color, style, and shape are perf for me to use!
I like the “heavy duty” scoop, each levelled scoop is equivalent to 1g of powder. Sturdy and sleek scoop! Not those thin material scoop. Good to use! 👍🏻
Premium grade Ceremonial Signature matcha with bundled starter kit.
First timer to making my own matcha 🍵 and my favourite now is dirty matcha. The combination is fulfilling and gentle on stomach/gut health. Crafti really surprised me with the quality control of their matcha grade, on my second purchase to try out the barista mix.
